We no longer need to debate if PRs are required or not - it doesn't really matter as 60% of the time, @github works every time!

- GitHub actions has been having an ourage for over 6 hours - that's absolutely killed any semblance of getting things done today! I am so glad I started the work to move away from it to Swamp workflows
