@hacktoberfest the "Pull/Merge Request Details" in the FAQ at hacktoberfest.com/participation/ led me to misunderstand the timelines involved. It says "Your PR/MR must match [the criteria] before Hacktoberfest ends on October 31 (in any time zone, UTC-12 thru UTC+14) to be counted" (1/2)
