    I'm sorry I keep harping on this Rarely do we have the luxury of footage preceding a dog attack, so people blindly believe that they're always provoked But in this case we do have the footage, and this pit bull casually pulled a child from his father's arms as they walked by

    look i'm all for banning pittbull as a breed, but some things should be clarified here -- 1. the kid most likely provoked the dog, 2. the dog could kill the kid within 3 seconds if it actually wanted, and it apparently did not.
