Typographics is a design festival for people who use type. The annual event series, now in its 12th year, is focused on contemporary typography and where its future may lie. Various events are planned between June 22 and July 2, 2026, at The Cooper Union in New York City and online.

Conference June 26 & 27
The main event of the Typographics festival is a conference focused on the use of type. Registration is now open with discounts available for students, educators, and group ticket bundles.
Workshops June 22 to July 2
Workshops and local tours accompany the main conference, covering everything from hand lettering to creative coding. In-person conference attendees get 10% discount on workshops.
TypeLab June 24, 25, & 28
The Typographics TypeLab will host a series of informal talks, demos, technical experiments, interviews, and more.
Book Fair June 26–28
The Typographics Book Fair is a marketplace with stands from some of our favorite design booksellers.
