The Drip integration lets you add, update, and delete people and subscribers using an action, pull people data using the WS Form autocomplete feature, and create new forms from your custom fields and tags in a single click on the add form page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Drip plugin is installed in the same way as installing the WS Form PRO plugin<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once installed you will need to activate the license for the plugin. When you purchase the Drip plugin, you will be given a license key. If you have lost your license key(s), click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To activate your license key:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n\n
  1. Click WS Form<\/strong> in the WordPress administration menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the Drip<\/strong> tab at the top of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter your license key.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click the Activate<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If your license key fails to activate, please ensure you are using the correct license key and not your WS Form PRO license key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Connecting to Drip<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In order to use the integration, you need to connect it to Drip. Connecting is easy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n\n
    1. Click WS Form<\/strong> in the WordPress administration menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click the Drip<\/strong> tab at the top of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Connect<\/strong> and follow the onscreen prompts.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      If you do not have a Drip account, you can create a new account here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Creating a Form for Drip<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Automatically<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      WS Form can create a form for any of your Drip lists in a single click. This process not only creates a form but also fully configures WS Form so that the form is ready to use immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To create a Drip form in WS Form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n\n
      1. Click WS Form<\/strong> in the WordPress administration menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select the Drip<\/strong> tab at the top of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click on any of your Drip campaigns (or click People<\/strong> to add a person but not subscribe them to a campaign) to create a form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Wait a few moments while the form is created.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        That’s it! Your form will be created and is ready to add to your website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If your list does not appear, click the refresh icon in the Drip<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Manually<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        It is also possible to use any form created in WS Form and add an action so that it is submitted to Drip when a user saves or submits their form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To add an\u00a0Drip action:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n\n
        1. When editing your form, click the Actions<\/strong> <\/i> icon at the top of the page. The Actions<\/strong> sidebar will open on the right-hand side of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Click the Add<\/strong>\u00a0<\/i> icon to add a new action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Select Add to a\u00a0Drip\u00a0List<\/strong> from the Action pulldown. A series of settings will appear.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          As with all sidebars in WS Form, click the Save<\/strong> button at the bottom to save your changes, or click Cancel<\/strong> to disregard your changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The Drip action settings are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          When Should This Action Run?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          You can choose to run the Drip action when the form is saved, submitted, or both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Drip Campaign<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          Choose the Drip Campaign you would like contacts to be added to. If you have created a new campaign since viewing this screen, you can click the refresh icon to retrieve the new list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If you choose People<\/strong>, the person completing the form will not be subscribed to a campaign and will only be added to your People in Drip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
