This is a simple and easy-to-use plugin for adding the ability to upload attachments to bbPress powered forums.
Upload one or more files
Simple and standard form file upload controls with the option to limit the number of files and allowed file size.
List uploaded files
Show the uploaded files for each topic and reply, and optionally, show the files using thumbnails (images, PDF…).
Show images inline and more
Show images thumbnails inline, and adjust other things for images display, with a possibility to use lightbox.
How does the plugin work?
The plugin relies on the WordPress media library to store all the uploaded files.
Handling of files is done through WordPress’s own media library. Each uploaded file is added to this library and uploaded using WordPress functions, ending up in the default uploads location. Uploaded files are attached to replies and topics, and in the Media Library, you can see which file is attached to what. Also, if you open on the admin side Topics and Replies, for each one you will see files attached to it. If you delete the file from Media Library, it will be removed from the topic or reply it was attached to. Download links displayed with topics and replies are also generated by the WordPress built-in functions for handling files in Media Library.

Options to control how the images are displayed, including settings for thumbnail size, layout, and more.

Control some of the plugin settings for individual forums, including options to disable attachments for selected forums.
