    Hey @IHearTheShofar ! I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through. If you had dropped off the package at UPS without a return label, they will use the original label and ship it to you. You would need a return label from us. Can you DM me your order number so I can help you?

    @Newegg sent me a Samsung international phone instead of the one advertised and used post office. Phone is defective and I dont want that version. I returned it yesterday UPS. They REFUSED THE RETURN and sent it BACK TO ME UPS. I got an email that it will be delivered tomorrow.

    newegg dot com DEAD ASS stole $7 from me. i am, seething rn. in fact, i am so pissed off, i might make a second-channel video bitching about it, idk, this shit got me so mad. fuck that website- i hope that everyone who works for newegg gets their fingernails ripped out.

    Hey @lionelfotia ! You likely used the PayPal service option, which does put a "hold" even if you haven't completed checkout (goes for any retailer). If you used a card payment but didn't click "Place Order," there won't be any hold.

    @Newegg thanks for your poor packaging job, I’m sure everyone heard the clapping (hard drives smacking together) the whole time. Now I have DOA drives that I must pay to be returned, since I’m FPO. (These drives wouldn’t survive LA-> San Diego like this). #gamersnexus
