    NEW: Former LAPD officer Eric Halem was sentenced to life plus 15 years over $350K crypto home invasion robbery, the L.A. Times reports. Halem was convicted in March of kidnapping and robbing a teenager of a hard drive containing bitcoin during a fake police raid in Koreatown.
