- The strongest bullet on your resume should not be buried in position four. Recruiters do not reward suspense. Lead with the reason WHY they should keep reading.
- Delete “results-driven” from your resume. Then show me a result. Evidence makes adjectives unnecessary.
- Your resume and interview SHOULD NOT tell two different stories. The resume makes the promise. The interview provides the proof.
- Before you add another bullet to your resume or linkedin, ask: “What would stop working if I had not been there?” The answer is usually more valuable than your list of responsibilities.
