APK (Android Package Kit) signing

My customer (SR 695760353) had vmware create a custom APK for their Cisco model 860 IP phones, and vmware is saying that they need Cisco to sign the APK file. Is this something the Cisco IP phone developer team helps customers with?

140AC not being seen by Business App

Got 79% through adding a 140AC. Told me to connect to my new SSID. I can access the Internet, as can others, however the app cannot add the 140. Removed and re-installed the app, and tried to create new site and discover the 140. 0 devices found.
