Help with Zip File Plugin

I need help with updating the website and installing the plugin (That I have sent over multiple time) on the hosting end.

Because the site was not updated,the schema plugin still stalls when adding the license key, possibly due to a conflict with another plugin. Without a staging site or rollback access, we can’t safely troubleshoot.

Instructions on how to install the plugin
Download “Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP” (SASWP) from the WP Plugin store.
Download SASWP PRO Extension Manager [I have Zip File to send to someone] and install it manually. (this activates the pro version option)
Activate the license key

Uninstall conflicting schema plugins. Except Yoast (SASWP is designed to work with Yoast)

This is the issue that the hosting company is running into when trying to update our website and this is what they have said “I have tried reinstalling the plugin you have provided and ran into the same behavior. Checking the logs, looks like I’m running into the same error. Please have the team that built it review the error.”
