    Why does it display the knowledgebase logo instead of the default image and logo?

    Schema markup takes knowledge graph image only if you have no featured image on single post. I can see thumbnail image not featured image on that post.

    Yes, Schema takes logo from knowledge graph because of validation issues. your site may have different size of logo but schema markup needs some specified size.
