TUI that lists all running Claude Code instances with their status and jumps to the tmux window of the selected one.
Reads ~/.claude/sessions/{PID}.json (written by Claude Code, contains live status: busy / idle / waiting), filters dead and recycled PIDs, and matches each instance to its tmux pane by walking the process tree up to a pane_pid.

cmon -list # plain text dump, no TUISessions sort waiting first, then busy, then idle. Refreshes every 2 seconds.
Recommended binding in ~/.tmux.conf, opens as popup from any window:

Jumping requires an attached client (run from a regular pane or popup, not detached).
