DEMO 022408 by GLACIERS published on 2017-10-18T07:02:23Z To mark the ten year anniversary of the most limited GLACIERS release, Demo 022408, we are making this recording available to listen to and absorb. The original three songs are included as well as outtakes and some odds and ends. Some of it still sounds great, and some of it understandably awkward. Recorded in February 2008 in Oakland, California as a three piece with only a handful of practices, this demo marks the first recording by GLACIERS, and our only recording as a three piece. We’re very happy to announce we recorded a new record in December 2017 with our long time friend, and life coach, Phil Manley, and finished mixing it last month. It’s three songs and clocks in at 25 minutes and marks a new start for GLACIERS. It’s easily our personal best and sounds nothing like anything we have ever done... and light years from this demo. We hope you will like it too. More soon. xo.
