At Sustainable Innovation Hub, we want your experience to be smooth and flexible.

Our regular check-in time is 8:00 AM and check-out is 5:00 PM. If you need to come in earlier or stay later, we can arrange that — just let us know ahead of time. Extra hours are subject to availability and may attract a small fee.

For security/confirmation, we ask that all users present a valid photo ID when checking in. You can use your passport, driver’s license, or voter’s card. If you're a foreign national, your passport is required.

Please take care of your personal items while using the space, as we’re not responsible for any loss. Also, we expect users to handle the Hub’s property with care — any damages will be your responsibility.

Need the space on a weekend, public holiday, or outside normal hours? We’ve got you covered. Just book ahead — additional charges will apply.
