Business analysis · Odoo Partner · Shopify Partner · Nijmegen
First understand how your business works. Only then the software.
We help growing SMEs get their processes in order and choose the right systems. Sometimes that’s Odoo, sometimes a Shopify webshop, sometimes an integration with what you already have. One point of contact that analyses and builds.

Trusted by SMEs in trade, manufacturing and e-commerce
Do you recognise this?
Growing companies almost always encounter the same issues. Not because they are doing it wrong, but because processes and systems can no longer keep up with growth.
Double entry
Orders and invoices are manually retyped from one system to another.
Inventory is incorrect
Webshop and warehouse show slightly different things. You sell what isn't there, or hold too much stock.
Excel lists everywhere
Prices, planning and customers are in separate sheets. And none are up to date.
Figures come too late
You only know how you stand after the month. Adjustments can no longer be made then.
Separate systems
Webshop, accounting and CRM work in isolation. No one has the full picture.
Everything depends on one person
If that person is not there, it gets stuck. Knowledge resides in heads, not in the system.
Recognised two or more? Then it pays to first look at your processes, and only then at software.
View the process scanWhat we do
From analysis to system, by the same team
No consultancy that delivers a report and leaves, and no builder that starts without understanding why. The one who analyses your processes also builds the solution.
This is how we approach it
First insight, then software
Phased, so that daily work continues as usual. And with aftercare, because after delivery, it really begins.
Insight
We map the current way of working. Where is manual work, where do errors occur, which systems interact, or do not.
Design
Based on that, we choose the structure: what you keep, what you connect, and what you replace. Odoo, Shopify, or something else if that fits better.
Implementation and aftercare
We implement it in phases, train your team, and continue to think along afterwards. Support and further development through the same person.
Why DC Smart Solutions
You speak with the person who analyses and builds it
One point of contact
No account manager in between. The person you meet at the introduction does the analysis and builds the solution.
Independent advice
We are Odoo and Shopify partners, but every piece of advice also includes the option "keep what you have". Sometimes that is the honest answer.
Technically thorough
We build integrations, our own apps, hardware, and machines ourselves. No "that can't be done" because the supplier doesn't offer it.
Based in Nijmegen
Available for companies in the Nijmegen and Arnhem region, and remotely for the rest of the Netherlands.
Frequently asked questions
What entrepreneurs ask us first
Is your question not listed? Feel free to call, and you will hear it directly from the person who builds it.
+31 6 1107 0665No, preferably not. Most companies come in with a system question and turn out to have a process question. That's why we start with a process scan: first understand where the issues are, then choose. If you are already sure, we skip that step.
A process scan has a fixed price of € 2,950. For an Odoo implementation and a Shopify webshop, we work with bandwidths per situation and a fixed price per phase after the intake. See what does Odoo cost and Shopify webshop.
Often yes. Odoo or Shopify then takes over part (orders, inventory, webshop) and your accounting or ERP remains. We link both, so invoices and payments come through automatically. See connections.
Shopify is the better store for consumers; Odoo is the better back office for inventory, purchasing, and accounting. If you sell online to consumers and have a warehouse, then it is usually both, linked. A B2B portal can work well in Odoo itself.
That's when it starts. You keep the same point of contact for support, questions, and further development. No ticket system where you disappear into. See support and management.
