I just built this in 30 minutes and did not proofread it, so bear with me. This site is an experiment: I'm still toying with automations to push updates, so if you see something off, my agent might be slacking. Haha. Next up: the PR agent I'm building will run this whole site for me.

TinkerTimeWe all have time, it's just a matter of how we use it.

Hi, I'm Ash. I run a few companies and get the urge to start another one every week. Here's a tidbit into my brain.

What you'll find below is a little of the tinkering I do, and a little about me.

About the name

My name is crazee Ash.

Not the key-your-ex's-car kind of crazee. The kind where I tinker until 2am to custom build an OS that runs my 3 companies while I go snowboard 100 days in a row. Yeah, that kind of crazee.

Who's typing

The most unbasic basic blonde.

Family girl from a Midwest town of about 3,000 people. My family is trucking, warehousing and staffing, so work and business were never separate things for me. My life and my companies go hand in hand.

At 18 I had a choice: go to university or start a company. I started the company.

I'm an artist and a graphic designer at heart. My first company was a printing company. It grew into a big local print shop, then three ecommerce companies, then several separate companies. Some of them I closed along the way. I don't call that an exit. It's just how it went.

At 27 I moved to Austin, Texas. The weather, and the entrepreneur capital of the country. Easy call.

I love building alone. But there's a reason I came to Austin: to be around like-minded people and level up. This late summer I joined Agentic Society, and learning next to founders who are further along than me has been the best part.

I wear the visionary hat all day. Big ideas, big teams, a lot of decisions. Tinker Time is the hat I put on after. It's where I poke at things just because they're fun, and half the time the weird little thing turns into something useful.

The big experiment

Running my companies from the chairlift.

Could you imagine running your companies from your helmet's Bluetooth, while snowboarding every day? That's the plan.

The countdown
100days
00:00:00:00

until I snowboard 100 days in a row. Day one is January 1, 2027.

The count up
0/ 100

Snowboard days in a row. Starts January 1.

The big experiment

Day one is January 1.

I'm going to snowboard 100 days in a row at the start of 2027, and run my companies from the chairlift while I do it. Between now and then I'm building the tools to make that possible.

Do I have it all figured out? Nope. We just want to see if it's possible. Day 100 is a full send, and yes, I'm going to try a backflip.

The obsession

I found the terminal in February 2026 and haven't looked back.

Every square is a day. The darker the blue, the more I built. This is what obsessed looks like.

177days I built something, Feb 2 to Sep 25, 2026

Scroll the calendar sideways to see every day.

Where I level up

Building alone is my happy place. Building next to people who are ahead of me is how I level up. This crew is Agentic Society.

Quick things I'm obsessed with

The stuff I can't stop building.

I'm obsessed with figuring things out the hard way, from scratch. My brain loves the challenge of a good workflow. Where I really shine is ideas, creation and marketing concepts.

Automations I've built

The processes, in motion.

A few of the skills my AI runs for me. These are simulated walkthroughs, not live business data.

QueueAn idea gets parked in seconds and sized at the door, so only real features pay for planning.
How my brain works

I get a lot of energy from other people's businesses. Show me a company, a problem, or what someone is up to, and I'll come back with a marketing idea or a new business idea. It happens without me trying, and I've stopped fighting it.

Why Tinker Time

Your screen time is not the problem. What's on your screen is.

Screen time

  • Doomscrolling

Build time

  • Claude
  • Codex
  • YouTube
  • GitHub
  • Tinker Time

I found the time by swapping the scroll for the build. Claude, Codex, GitHub, agents, dashboards, weird useful stuff. You don't know what you can build until you try, and there is always time for Tinker Time.

I have never been more excited in my career than I am right now. It is a special time to be tinkering.

The receipts

I coined E-ADHD: entrepreneur ADHD.

I'm obsessed with tinkering and building. It's my true happy place. And yes, I actually tinker all day.

Some people call that a problem. I call it research.

Decked Out Factory

Custom-cut EVA foam decking for cooler tops, truck steps, side-by-sides and floor mats, CNC cut in house. It's the company I'm putting the most into right now, and where most of my tinkering gets tested for real.

Plus a lot of software and side projects I'm tinkering on for all of them.

The Visionary Vessel

A visionary, but a doer.

I don't just dream it up. I build it, ship it, and keep tinkering until it works.
