Why does the Facebook group link show a lock icon?

Many MSPExcite groups are private for safety. Log into Facebook and click “Join Group.” Answer the questions for faster approval.

How long does approval take?

Most requests are approved within 24 hours. Complete answers and a friendly intro help moderators verify quickly.

Some groups prefer local residents; others welcome nearby neighbors and friends. Be honest in your answers.
