SpectacleStars

Hi everyone! We're Spectacle Stars, the team behind projects such as The Spectacular Spider-Man Continued Fan Project!Formed around 2018, we’re a relatively small but ever-growing team of writers, artists, animators, voice actors, composers, etc., who are currently in the process of making our own fan-made continuation of The Spectacular Spider-Man Animated Series that originally ran from 2008 until 2009 before its premature (and tragic 😢) cancellation. Currently, we are hard at work on our film, The Spectacular Spider-Man: Geography 101, which takes place between the original series’ Season 2 and our own Season 3 continuation!Although our team has always been passion-driven, as more and more of our staff have gone through various life changes such as graduation, job change, moving house, et cetera, it has become increasingly difficult to replace the void of various skill and expertise levels that different members leave behind when they’ve been away for varying periods of time, and with no proper budget or incentives to have more of their time or bring new members into the fold in mass quantities, the pace of our team's progress has increased and decreased in different stints. And that is why we are here now, asking for help from the community! However, we want to make something clear here, we’re a team of fans and this a non-profit venture that (at the moment) is driven towards making this continuation of a series that we love. We will never, ever charge anyone to view our content in any way, shape, or form, and it will always be available to you for free on whatever platform we determine to post it. Made by fans, for fans. This Patreon campaign is simply a way to show your support and that you believe in our team and our future. You should feel no obligation to donate at all, and please do not donate if you don’t have the means to do so. Please check out our full Patreon campaign video for further details as well!!For those that would like to donate, we do offer a small amount of reward tiers to show our thanks for contributing, so be sure to check them out below. Once again, thank you all so much, and we look forward to getting more previews and content out to you soon! CHEERS EVERYONE! 🤟DISCLAIMER: We do not own the characters in any nonprofit fan works that we make, and they are the sole properties of their respective owners. We merely want to make things for the fans, and intend to use 100 percent of any donations solely for funding our project(s), and absolutely none for personal gain. Please support the official release!!

Free

Sensational Tier

Receive monthly updates on team progress, similar to the ones that are given to Team Members!! Essentially allows you to receive progress updates on happenings within the team, as well as the potential for insider scoops, concept art, et cetera, that can't be found elsewhere!!You will receive them via the Patreon feed as well as an exclusive role on our Discord server that will give you access to a channel with the announcements as well as channels with private Patron chats!

Bugle Insider Updates Tier

Have your name be put in the credits of our movie, Geography 101!When we finish the movie and move on to the Season 3 portion of our continuation, it may be tougher since TV episode credits are generally shorter, but we will likely try to find a workaround to that in some fashion as well! Also includes the previous tier benefits!

Amazing Tier

LIMITED QUANTITIES! In the beginning, we will be limiting the number of spots available in this tier to 200 as a test drive and to make sure we don't assign our artists so much work that it ends up taking too much time out of regular production itself. However, if we are able to bring in more staff with the funds we raise, this number could increase. After 6 months of continued Patronage, we will have one of our talented artists commission a custom profile picture of the contributor (or their own Spider-Sona or OC) in the art style of the Spectacular Spider-Man!!(See the Patreon pitch video for examples!)We will have you give us specific details and features you'd want included (or can send us a picture if you're comfortable) as well as some distinguishing clothing or accessories that you'd want to be included in the art, and we will accommodate! The 6 month streak is so that we can cover the costs of our artists/animators and other parts of production for an extended time, and it acts as a sort-of delayed commission overall. Also receive all previous benefits from lower tiers!

Spectacular Tier (Limited)

LIMITED QUANTITIES! Have your custom PFP Inserted as an Extra Into Season 3!This tier requires a full year (12 months) of continued patronage, and there are limited spots for it as there are only so many opportunities for extras in TSSM that aren't usually definable characters from the comics.Where non-story-related extras could potentially appear in the show would be spots like in the Silver Spoon café or other public areas of NYC within the show's universe. The effort to put the extras into the show will be pretty taxing for the artists and animators, hence the higher price and limited quota. The limit may change depending on the estimates that artists/animators give down the road as well. These extras will go towards Season 3 since the Geography 101 movie is already in production, but that will also give us more time to coordinate and figure out the logistics! (Also note, any distinguishing clothes in the previous PFP may need altered in the show if they have logos or other such stuff)Also receive all previous benefits from lower tiers!!
