Please join us to honor the lives of individuals who passed away while unstably housed, or due to the stressors of homelessness, this year in New York City while recommitting ourselves to the fight to end homelessness.
The observance will take place on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024 at Congregation Rodeph Sholom, Schafler Forum, 7 W 83rd St, New York, NY 10024. The program will start at 5:30 PM. A meal will be served at 4:30 p.m. Masks will be encouraged.
We welcome you to use this form to let us know if you are able to attend in person. Also, if you know of someone who has passed this year while unstably housed, or due to the stressors of homelessness, you may add the name(s) below or email the name(s) and any information you would like to share to policy@cfhnyc.org to include in the memorial.
