Most projects lose something in the handover.
Drawings get value engineered on site. Decisions get made without you in the room. The house you end up with is a negotiated version of the one you agreed to, and nobody can quite tell you when it changed.
Amity is set up so that handover never happens. Design, documentation, approvals and construction sit with the same team, under one roof, with one point of contact from start to finish. When something has to be decided on site, it is decided by someone who was there when it was drawn.

What does design and construct mean?
It means one firm handles the architectural design, the documentation, the council approval and the construction. There is no tender gap between a designer and a builder, so the detail that was drawn is the detail that gets built.
Which areas does Amity work in?
Sydney's Northern Beaches, the North Shore, and the NSW South Coast. Our office is in Queenscliff, and we work across Manly, Freshwater, Curl Curl, Allambie Heights, Willoughby, Castlecrag and the surrounding suburbs.

Does a site visit cost anything?
No. We come and look at the site, talk through what you want and tell you what it is likely to cost. There is no charge and no obligation.
