We are currently developing EduClimate, an Erasmus+ project that creates practical teaching materials and a learning app about climate change adaptation in culinary education (EQF level 4). To make sure the content is truly useful in real classrooms and kitchens, we need your input. 👩🏫 Teachers: Tell us what works in practice, which topics are most relevant, and how learning materials can fit smoothly into everyday teaching. 👨🍳 Students: Share what helps you learn, what interests you, and what skills you think are important for your future in the culinary and hospitality sector. About us
Edu_Climate is a European Erasmus+ KA220-VET project focused on integrating climate change adaptation into vocational education and training. Together with partners from the Netherlands, France, Spain and Italy, we develop innovative digital tools and practical resources to support VET students and teachers in adapting to the realities of climate change. The project is implemented by a European partnership consisting of Landstede (NL), Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat des Pays de la Loire (FR), Mediterráneo Erasmus International Center (ES), Fondazione Lombardia per l’Ambiente (IT) and Lula Consulting (IT). First physical Edu_Climate meeting in Zwolle From December 9–11 our team gathered at Landstede Groep, Zwolle for the very first in‑person project meeting. It was an inspiring few days filled with: - Team introductions and project planning - Creative sessions on the logo, mural, and app development - Deep dives into deadlines, deliverables, and methodology - Discussions on impact and communication strategies A big thank you to all participants, both onsite and online, for your energy and collaboration. This meeting laid a strong foundation for the next steps of Edu_Climate! 👉 In the coming period we’ll share more updates here to keep everyone informed about our progress.
