My wife and I visited with our two young kids and their grandmother and stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment for a week over semana santa 2026. We are surfers so it was a dream to be so close to Pavones and staying in a luxury apartment overlooking the wave. Having the pool and beach and rivermouth there was endless fun for the kids and made it easier on their grandmother to watch them while my wife and I surfed. We stayed here for a family surf trip and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and the best location at the point. We rented a car so that we could easily go grocery shopping, restaurants and other surf breaks. Veronica, the representative on site, was responsive and helpful from booking to throughout our stay. Literally….the best place to stay in Pavones! Beautiful, luxurious condos right on the beach and directly in front of one of the best surf breaks in Costa Rica.

What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was super nice and incredibly helpful. They even sent us a personalized message letting us know there were monkeys in front of reception if we wanted to come see them. Those little touches made us feel so welcome, and they truly went above and beyond.

Having a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer was so convenient, especially for a longer stay. And the fact that they are pet friendly was amazing!!! Our dogs loved the place too! 🐶🐶🐶 One thing to note is the property is next to a river and like all rivers in Costa Rica, there are cane toads. Just be extra cautious.

If you’re looking for a comfortable beachfront condo with great people, world-class surf right out front, and all the conveniences of home, Pavones Point Condominium is hard to beat. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
