Calling the environmentally conscious pin lovers! Looking for a more sustainable addition to your pin collection? My entire range of acrylic pins are made with 100% recycled end of life acrylic - keeping waste acrylic out of our mother earth for just that bit longer. All while being safer for you to wear - and for workers to produce - than traditional enamel pins!
Here’s everything you need to know about my recycled acrylic pins:
Created uses a printing process that uses very little energy and produce up to a massive 76% less CO2 emissions than traditional enamel pins
Use a totally chemical safe plastic; RMMA (recycled methyl methacylate acrylic), which is entirely free of all VOCs (volatile organic compound) andHCFs (hydroflurocarbons) - making it entirely safe to manufacture, wear and handle and less harmful to the planet even when in landfill!
in comparison to traditional enamel pins, many of which:
Uses an energy intensive process which give off large amounts of CO2 emissions
Contain toxic metals including lead and cadmium, which pose a health risk throughout the entire process. The manufacturing process leads to building levels of exposure in often underpaid workers, wear and handle poses risk to collectors and finally once disposed, the toxic metals continue to leech into our Earth.

Hey! I’m Hash - a multidisciplinary artist, community organiser and art facilitator with over 7 years of experience, and Sofftpunk is my pride and passion!
What started as a way to get by after losing my jobs at the height of the pandemic grew into being my way to share my vision for the world with my community, connect with others and create meaningful change.
