WOMEN’S ORGANIZATION OF RESOURCES KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS (W.O.R.K.S)
We are a not-for-profit and non-political Organization domiciled at No. 35, Otunba Oladele Boulevard, Ogudu, Lagos, Nigeria. We work mainly with women, creating awareness of the different ways they can develop themselves to be useful in their immediate environment and the Nation generally. This awareness cuts across both physical (health and mental) and financial.
We at WORKS work with communities, churches, mosques, and schools to create awareness on hygiene, health, and economic empowerment with a view to helping women live longer and better.
We work with leaders in these communities and give free health talks, especially to the girl child, helping to build them and raise them to be strong reliable women leaders in the future. We give free Menstrual Hygiene talks and distribution of free sanitary pads to combat menstrual cramps and infection.
Every day is a fresh start to getting healthy.
