Free 2 player games, right in your browser

2player is a growing collection of two player games you can play in your browser. Share a screen with someone next to you, invite a friend online or practise against the computer when you have a moment to yourself.

There is room for a quick challenge, a thoughtful match and the familiar promise of one more round. Open a game on your phone, tablet or computer, choose an available mode and start playing. No account or app installation is needed.

The collection brings together different rules, rhythms and ways to compete. As it grows, the starting point stays the same: choose something you want to play and decide who will be on the other side.

2 player games on one device

Turn one screen into a place to play together. Local two-player mode is for friends, couples or family members in the same room. You share a phone, tablet or computer, so there is no invitation to send or second device to set up.

In a turn-based game, pass the device or take turns with the controls. In a game with simultaneous actions, both players use their own part of the screen or their assigned controls. The in-game help explains how to play on your device.

A shared screen makes it easy to learn together: point out a move, explain a rule and see what happens next. A phone works well for a spontaneous round; a larger screen gives both players more room.

To begin, open a game and choose Same device. Get comfortable with the controls, then decide whether your first round is practice or the start of a friendly rivalry.

Play online with a friend by private link

A private invitation brings two people into the same match from different places. Each person plays on their own device, making it easy to spend time together even when you cannot share a screen.

Open a game, choose Play with a friend and send the invitation link to the person you want to join. Your friend opens the link in their browser to take the second seat. Keep both devices connected to the internet during the match.

This mode fits a planned game night or a quick round during a call. You choose your opponent and share the invitation through the messaging app you already use. Send it directly to your friend: anyone with an unused invitation can take the open seat.

Both players can check the rules and controls before the first move. If you lose your connection, return to the match using the same browser; each game’s guide explains its reconnect and saved-game behaviour.

Play online with a new opponent

Opponent matching is available in Durak, Pool and Heads-Up Texas Hold’em.

Find an online opponent.

Private invitations, shared-device games and computer practice are also available. Choose how you want to play in each game’s menu.

Play against the computer

You do not need a second person to enjoy a game. Computer mode gives you an opponent whenever you want to learn the controls, try a different approach or fit in a round before a friend arrives.

Open a game and choose Vs computer. Select Easy, Medium or Hard to set the challenge. Start with a gentler level while you learn, then try a harder opponent when you feel ready.

Practice can have a simple goal: understand how a move works, spot a mistake or test a new idea. There is no invitation to organise and no need to coordinate your time with another player.

When you want company, choose local play or invite a friend online. The game’s rules and controls are already familiar, so you can focus on playing together.

How to start playing on 2player

  1. Choose a game. Browse the collection and select Play to open it. More Info takes you to its guide.
  2. Choose your company. Share one device, invite a friend by private link or play against the computer. The game menu shows the available modes.
  3. Check the basics. Read the objective and controls in How to play. A practice round is a good way to get comfortable.
  4. Make time for another round. Try a different approach, change opponents or explore something else in the collection.

You can start with simple rules and discover the tactics as you play. When two people are learning together, talk through the first few moves and begin a fresh round once both of you are ready.

Find a game for the moment

Think ahead

Choose a strategy or board game when you enjoy weighing your options and responding to another player’s plans. Taking turns leaves time to study the position and enjoy the conversation around it.

React and compete

Games of timing, aim and coordination bring a different pace. Learn the controls, judge your next action and see how a small adjustment changes the result. They suit players who like to practise a technique as well as make decisions.

Fit in a quick round

Two player games with a clear objective and a small set of rules can turn a short break into something you share. Look for a game you can explain quickly when one player is new or you only have a little time.

Start with the time you have, the device you are using and the kind of challenge you enjoy. You can return for a familiar favourite or try something different as the collection grows.

One collection, more ways to play

2player brings games together with a familiar way to start: open a game, choose a mode and read the controls when you need them. You can spend a break on your own, share a screen at home or make a private match part of a call with a friend.

Everything starts in your browser. There is no box to unpack or app to install, and you can use a device you already have. Choose a comfortable screen and a game that fits the moment.
