I love that it shows you don’t have to spend a fortune on a gift to someone and that a well thought out gift is more appreciated by the receiver!!! Awesome job love it!!!

"A Gift from the Heart" by Lil' Iguana Books is a wonderful children's book that combines a beautiful and engaging story with interactive elements. The story follows Lil’ Iguana, who forgets his sisters' (C.K. and Alli) birthday and, with his mother's advice, decides to make an apple pie with the help of his momma and his friends, Jags, Arturo, and Kelvin. I liked the way Lil’ Iguana’s momma explains how a gift is not something you buy but something that you give from your heart.

I really liked the inclusion of the little music notes in the book, on which, if you click, it takes you to a fun interactive video that is, of course, related to the story. These videos were so cute and entertaining. Plus, they also taught valuable lessons about hygiene, respect, and much more.

    I loved the illustrations, too.

Moreover, the addition of the apple pie recipe at the end of the book was just amazing. Honestly, I am going to try out that recipe myself because it seems really good and would turn out to be delicious, I am sure!
