Set Up Duo Mobile
To take full advantage of all that HBS has to offer its alumni, please make sure you set up multi-factor authentication (Duo) or verify it's already working for you:
First-time Duo User or New Device?
First, download Duo Mobile from the app store on your mobile device.
Next, click to activate Duo Mobile on your mobile device via the text message link.
Confirm the account name is Harvard Business School and tap Save.
Then, log in to the Alumni Directory with your HBS credentials.
You should receive a Duo Mobile push notification to your mobile device. Tap Approve to complete your login.
Already Have Duo?
First, confirm that you’re using the most recent version of the app.
Then, log in to the Alumni Directory with your HBS credentials.
You should receive a Duo Mobile push notification to your mobile device. Tap Approve to complete your login.

The quickest way to register is through the School’s email invitations sent right to your inbox. The Register button in that email contains a personalized link and does not require login.
