We spend so much of our lives thinking, solving, managing, performing, and moving on to the next thing.
Sometimes we become so accustomed to functioning we stop noticing what is happening underneath it all:
RETURN offers something different:
Your body gets a voice here.
Become more aware of sensation, emotion, tension, and the ways your body communicates with you.
Develop a deeper understanding of your own patterns, responses, capacity, and regulation.
Use the breath as a tool for awareness, connection, exploration, and change.
Experience a continuous breathing practice designed to move you beyond everyday thinking and more deeply into the felt experience of your body.
Allow sound, breath, somatic movement and intentional guidance to support your experience.
Give yourself time afterward to notice, reflect, journal, and allow the experience to settle.
Next Journey: October 25th @ 8:30am MST, 10:30am EST
Because we can't always think our way into change.
You may already understand your patterns.
You may know why you react the way you do.
You may have talked about it.
Journaled about it.
Analyzed it.
And all of that can be incredibly valuable.
But there is another layer of awareness that happens when we include the body.
Breathwork gives us an opportunity to move away from constantly analyzing our experience and begin feeling and noticing it instead.
Sometimes what comes forward is emotion.
Sometimes clarity.
Sometimes resistance.
Sometimes movement.
Sometimes sound.
Sometimes stillness.
Sometimes simply the realization:
“I haven't felt this connected to myself in a long time.”
You just know you're ready to come back to you.

We begin slowly.
You'll have time to arrive, settle into the space(or get comfortable in yours), connect with yourself, and notice what is present for you that day.
There is nothing you need to prepare emotionally and nothing you need to arrive ready to “work on.”
Before we begin, I'll guide you through the breathing practice and explain what you may experience physically, emotionally, and within your nervous system.
You'll always have choices throughout the journey.
We begin with grounding, somatic awareness, and intentional breath practices designed to help you connect with your body before moving into deeper breathwork.
You'll be guided into Conscious Connected Breathwork while music and facilitation support the experience.
You are encouraged throughout the journey to remain connected to your own body, boundaries, and capacity.
When the active breathwork ends, we slow down.
There is space for stillness, reflection, journaling, and integration before returning to your day.
Because the moments after the breath can be just as important as the breath itself.

FROM OTHERS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED ASHI SOMATIC BREATHWORK
Amber’s gifts shown so bright during this session. I have never in my life experienced something this powerful and will hold memories of my visions and the energy surrounding us for the rest of my days. I crave to explore the breath work world more deeply. Watching the transformation of the women around me truly inspired me and brought me back to a place of connection with the divine. So beautiful.
The breathwork session was incredibly transformative for me in so many ways. I had never experienced anything like that in my life, and it truly awoke something inside of me. Amber has such a gift! She is such a bright light and she makes everyone who meets her feel welcome! I am forever grateful for the experience!
Words cannot express just how amazing this 1:1 breath work session with Amber went! This was the first time in my life, I was able to successfully do breath work and by the end of the session, I felt liberated. Having found Amber was a very happy accident & an incredible blessing. I definitely will be doing this again and would highly recommend it.
I recently attended a small group Breathwork session with Amber. Amber's guidance was supportive, gentle, and intuitive. The atmosphere was comfortable and the group setting added a sense of community and safety. I was able to release emotions I didn't realize I was holding onto and left the session feeling lighter, transformed, and more connected to myself!
Never done breathwork before?
Perfect.
You don't need to know how to meditate.
You don't need to be “good” at breathing.
You don't need to quiet your mind.
And you don't need to have a dramatic emotional experience.
I will explain the process before we begin, guide you gradually, and encourage you to stay connected to what feels appropriate for your body throughout the journey.
There is nothing you need to prove here.

Hi, I'm Amber.
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, movement professional, educator, and founder of ASHI Bodywork.
For nearly two decades, my work has centered around understanding the human body.
Through massage therapy, movement, anatomy, nervous system education, and breathwork, I have spent years witnessing the ways our bodies adapt, protect, communicate, and ask for attention.
And one belief continues to guide everything I do:
The body is always communicating with us.
My role during RETURN is not to force an experience, interpret your body for you, or decide where your journey should go.
My role is to provide guidance, education, presence, and an intentional space that allows you to listen more deeply to yourself.
ASHI stands for:
Authentic. Safe. Holistic. Intentional.
Those values are the foundation of every RETURN experience I facilitate.
Your body leads.
Somatic work has become increasingly popular, but for me, this work is not about chasing an emotional release or creating the biggest experience possible.
I believe the body deserves respect.
Your nervous system deserves choice.
And meaningful change doesn't have to be forced.
Throughout RETURN, you are invited to notice rather than perform.
To become curious instead of judgmental.
To slow down when your body asks you to.
To deepen when it feels available.
To recognize that listening to your limits is not failing the experience.
It is part of the experience.
How long is RETURN?
RETURN experiences are approximately 90 minutes, including preparation, breathing, and integration.
Do I need previous breathwork experience?
NO
RETURN is designed to be accessible whether this is your first breathwork experience or breathwork is already part of your practice.
Is this meditation?
Not exactly.
There may be moments of mindfulness and stillness, but RETURN is an experiential somatic breathwork practice that uses intentional breathing and body awareness.
For those that find meditation difficult, breathwork can be a great alternative.
What if I become emotional?
Emotion can arise during breathwork, but it isn't required.
You will never be encouraged to force emotion or create a particular experience.
What if nothing happens?
Nothing has gone wrong.
Some experiences are profound and noticeable. Others are quiet and subtle.
There is no specific outcome you need to achieve.
Is RETURN therapy?
No.
RETURN is a breathwork and somatic wellness experience and is not a replacement for psychotherapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.
Where is RETURN offered?
Online + In person
RETURN is offered through private and group experiences in Fort Collins, Colorado, with a monthly experience available online.
You don't need to know what you're looking for.
You don't need to arrive with an intention perfectly formed.
You don't need to be ready for a breakthrough.
You simply need to be willing to slow down, breathe, and listen.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to your body.
Come back to yourself.
