What began as private journaling became a way of making sense of life's most defining moments and the meaning they leave behind. For years, I filled notebooks with reflections, questions, and lessons I didn't yet fully understand.
I wrote the words down before I was ready to live them.
Through memoir, poetry, and personal reflection, I explore what it means to lose your way, find your footing, and keep moving forward. My work is rooted in honesty, vulnerability, and the belief that our stories have the power to help us understand ourselves and connect us to one another.
