This section supplements, and does not replace, the rest of these Terms.
Prices, program descriptions, access periods, and any continuing education or continuing medical education (CE/CME) credit available for a given Program are as stated on the applicable registration page at the time you register (each, a “Registration Page”).
Payment; Third-Party Payment Processors. Payment for PACT, the SM Webinar, and BEST is processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), a third-party payment processor, through the applicable Registration Page. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that your payment information is provided to Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s own terms of service and privacy policy. CMI is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, any error, outage, or unauthorized disclosure caused by Stripe’s systems, except to the extent caused by CMI’s own acts or omissions.
Payments for a Visiting Professor Lecture Series and Special Events (Fall Luncheon, Spring Luncheon, Golf Tournament, and Child Advocacy Award Dinner) are processed entirely by Eventbrite, Inc. If no future session is available or suitable, CMI will refund the portion of the registration fee attributable to the live session, less the portion attributable to the pre-recorded webinar content already made available to the registrant.
A registration may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for a different date or Program.

It is for general educational purposes only, does not constitute medical advice, and does not create a provider-patient relationship between you, any other participant, or the group leader. Participants are asked not to share, outside the session, what another participant discloses during the session.
Continuing Education and Continuing Medical Education Credit. Some Programs, including the Visiting Professor Lecture Series, offer CE or CME credit. Eligibility for credit requires full attendance and completion of any required sign-in, sign-out, or post-Program survey. CE/CME credit is administered in accordance with CMI’s CE/CME Grievance Policy.
Acceptance of Terms of Sale. By checking the box provided on the Registration Page at the time of payment, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Terms of Sale section, in addition to the rest of these Terms.
