Satcoin starts at zero supply. Mining creates SAT and funds the official SAT/SOL pool. This is the approved launch design; public participation and deployment are not announced by this guide. Read Status. Satcoin bootstrap: zero supply; SAT awards split 50/50; deductions and fees split 90/10. Both 50 net SOL and 15,000 LP SAT must accumulate before accepted rounds finish and the SAT/SOL pool activates.

Bootstrap mining

  • Ten-minute BTC ranges, 0.01 SOL minimum per selected range, capital × accuracy rewards and the existing 5 SOL unlock threshold.
  • 50% of each gross SAT award goes to miners; 50% goes to the LP. No team allocation.
  • 90% of actual entry deductions and exact-entry fees funds LP SOL; 10% funds Operating. Principal returns stay protected. Bootstrap has no ordinary BTC rewards, daily prizes or staking payouts.
  • The scheduled award can reach 8× the ordinary base, approximately 228.31050 gross SAT per fully unlocked round. The entire boosted allocation is limited to 60,000 SAT, including both halves, inside the annual and lifetime caps.
  • After that allocation is used, mining continues at the ordinary, cap-adjusted rate and the same 50/50 split until the LP conditions are met. There is no calendar expiry.

Graduation to normal mining

The official pool requires at least 50 net SOL and 15,000 SAT in settled LP custody. Both conditions must hold. These are minimum balances, not a fixed price or exact deposit ratio. When they are reached, the protocol closes new bootstrap commitments, finishes already accepted rounds, and uses all accounted LP balances to create and verify the SAT/SOL pool. Unknown or failed transactions retain protected balances until reconciliation. Protocol LP receipts are irreversibly locked by burning the receipts; this does not burn SAT. Venue controls remain a separate dependency. Earned miner SAT can be claimed and staked before the pool opens. Neither bootstrap nor normal mining requires eligible stakers. Normal mining begins at the next eligible boundary after verified pool activation and the ordinary source, funding and cap checks. The 24-hour qualification applies only to staking rewards; a normal round with no eligible stake returns its staking allocation in SOL to its original forfeiture contributors. The 15,000 LP-SAT minimum requires at least 30,000 total SAT, or 132 fully unlocked boosted rounds—about 22 hours of round duration. Lower unlocks, missing rounds, settlement delays and activation readiness extend it. This is a minimum distribution period, not a launch-time promise or protection against capital concentration.

Supply limits

30,000,000 cumulative lifetime SAT; at most 1,500,000 total SAT per fixed 365-day issuance year. Bootstrap awards, SAT allocated to liquidity, miner awards and pending reservations all count. There is no additional opening allocation. At maximum annual issuance, reaching the lifetime cap takes at least 20 issuance years. The boost advances issuance within its originating year. After it retires, the remaining schedule is fixed using the unused annual headroom and remaining slots; it cannot increase later because someone claims late or burns tokens. Each award is counted once against its original slot/year. The boost never resets annually. The ordinary unadvanced base is about 28.538813 SAT per ten-minute slot; the actual remaining-year ceiling may be lower. The preview must show the current ceiling and miner share.

What funds the pool?

Accumulating 50 net SOL at a 90% allocation requires about 55.56 SOL of aggregate actual deductions, with about 5.56 SOL to Operating, before separately funded setup and execution costs. This is across participants, not a minimum deposit or an amount each miner must lose. Turnover can reuse returned principal. The opening quote is actual pool SOL divided by actual pool SAT. For illustration, 50 SOL paired with 15,000 SAT opens at 0.003333333 SOL/SAT; its dollar value depends on SOL. Token scarcity and an opening quote do not establish profitable exits or deep liquidity. No SAT price is promised. After graduation the ordinary payout split resumes. The treasury can fund later liquidity additions from its own received allocation, without extra minting or spending participant rewards.
