How long has EHN been around? +
EHN was founded in 2014 and officially got its name in 2015. We've been in this business for almost 12 years and are still enjoying helping clients out with finding a home or selling or letting their home.
Is EHN part of a realtor association?+
No, EHN is not part of a realtor association. With a combined 3+ years of experience in the real estate market and the strong network in both the Randstad and Eindhoven area. We decided against joining a realtor association since, with AI, we can use the same data sources and optimise valuations, buying advice, and more, on our own. Our client satisfaction scores over 3,000 clients helped show that a membership is not necessary for us to offer great service.
What does EHN charge for its services?+
Pricing depends on the service and package you choose. Rental and Buying support is available through two tiers: a self-guided Smart package, and a fully accompanied Complete package that adds in-person viewings and check-in support. Selling is a % of the purchase price to drive the best ROI, and letting services are one month of rent or a % of the rent of your property depending on which service you'd go for.
