These Terms of Service govern your use of Gangsters, including the iOS app, website, game services, accounts, virtual items and related features. Gangsters is published and operated by ForYouGaming Inc., 260 Newport Center Drive, Ste 100, Newport Beach, CA 92660, USA.
You must meet the minimum age required by the applicable app store rating and local law. Where required, a parent or legal guardian must approve use of the Service.
You are responsible for your account, credentials and activity. Accounts may not be sold, rented, transferred, botted or shared in ways that undermine game integrity.
Bots, macros, automation, modified clients, exploits, fake referrals, payment fraud, account farms, data manipulation and other unfair methods are prohibited. We may reverse illegitimate gains, reset progress, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts.
Virtual currency (including Diamonds), upgrades, boosts, subscriptions and digital items are licensed for use inside Gangsters only. They have no cash value outside the Service and are not redeemable for money unless required by law.
Purchases made through Apple are also subject to Apple's payment terms. Recurring subscriptions will disclose price, billing period, renewal and cancellation information before purchase.
Gangsters may include profiles, messages, families, chat, comments and other social features. You remain responsible for content you submit and may not post unlawful, infringing, abusive, threatening, sexually exploitative or hateful content.
Gangsters is fictional entertainment. Crime, weapons, violence, theft, contraband and organized-crime themes are gameplay and storytelling elements only and are not intended to instruct or facilitate real-world wrongdoing.
The Service may include direct-sold advertising, sponsored content, branded placements and promotions. Sponsored placements may be labeled where appropriate.
The Gangsters name, brand and certain related intellectual property are licensed to ForYouGaming Inc. by Forest Road Capital B.V., Amsterdam. ForYouGaming Inc. operates and publishes the Service under such license.
We may rebalance, update, modify, suspend or discontinue missions, maps, events, rewards, items, prices, virtual economies and other parts of the Service.
We may take action to protect users, the game economy, security, platform compliance and our intellectual property, including suspension or termination where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of game progress or permanent availability of any feature.

Gangsters is published and operated by ForYouGaming Inc., 260 Newport Center Drive, Ste 100, Newport Beach, CA 92660, USA. Certain game intellectual property is licensed from Forest Road Capital B.V., Amsterdam.
Depending on how you use Gangsters, we may collect account information, usernames, email addresses, profile data, gameplay progress, inventory, missions, timers, referrals, family membership, social activity, transactions, device information, app version, language, approximate region, IP address, crash data and security signals.
iOS payments are generally processed by Apple. We may receive product identifiers, transaction identifiers, subscription status and entitlement information, but not your full payment-card details.
We use information to operate Gangsters, save progress, process entitlements, run live missions and timers, support social features, deliver notifications, prevent fraud and cheating, provide support, measure acquisition and retention, improve balancing and comply with legal obligations.
We may analyze transaction histories, referral patterns, account activity, request timing, device signals and unusual behavior to detect bots, exploits, fake referrals, payment abuse and other attempts to manipulate the game.
With permission, Gangsters may send push notifications about missions, timers, attacks, rewards, social activity, events and account security. Notification settings can be managed in iOS.
Gangsters may include direct-sold advertising, sponsored placements and advertising or attribution technologies. The production policy will identify relevant providers and user choices where required.
We may share information with hosting, security, analytics, payment, support and distribution providers; with Apple and other platforms where required; with professional advisers or authorities where legally necessary; and in connection with a financing, acquisition or sale of the game or business.
Gangsters is intended for an international audience. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
We retain information as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, preserve game integrity, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and comply with law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no system is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain or restrict certain personal information. California and other jurisdictions may provide additional rights.
