Fixes #62101

Why?

Pages does not have a description like the others

How?

Added description for Pages in site editor like templates and Patterns.

Testing Instructions

Go to WP admin dashboard.
Navigate to Appearance-> Site Editor.
Check Pages and verify description added for it.

Thanks for this PR, @benazeer-ben, and sorry it never got a review! The Pages screen in the Site Editor has since gained a description (#81613), and #62101 has been closed, so I'm going to close this as already done. If you'd like to help with wording, the descriptions audit is being discussed in #76574.
