What it does
Every picture here is a real capture of HueCommand. Features marked Pro need Command Pro; everything else is free.
Rooms
The Rooms screen shows how many lights are on in each room and the colors they're showing. One tap switches a whole room. Open it to set brightness, color and each light on its own.
Color
A live color wheel and a warm-to-cool white slider for every light. Harmony modes spread complementary, analogous, triadic or split colors across a room, and gradient lights get more than one color point.

Goodnight Free
Tap Goodnight in a room and choose how long. HueCommand sends your Hue Bridge one command with a long transition, and the Bridge does the fading, so you can lock your phone and put it down.
Effects and music
Candle Flicker, Fireplace, Ocean Waves, Northern Lights and Thunderstorm, one tap away. Turn on music sync and every color light in the room reacts to sound through the microphone.
Scenes
Build static or dynamic scenes, start from 25 templates in five groups, or make a scene from a photo. With Pro, the AI Scene Creator turns a sentence like “warm sunset for dinner” into a scene, on device, with Apple Intelligence.
Remote access Pro
Sign in with your own Philips Hue account and HueCommand reaches your Bridge through the official Hue cloud, over mobile data or any Wi-Fi. At home it talks to the Bridge directly.
Faster than opening the app
Switch rooms from your wrist, ask Siri to run a scene, or set a scene for a Focus. With Pro, add room toggles to the Home Screen, Control Center, the Lock Screen and the Action button.
Automate
One-tap circadian presets give you the right white light for morning, day, evening and night, free. Pro adds automations, a Day Planner for each room, geofencing that runs a scene when you arrive or leave, and programmable switch buttons.
