Hi, I am a mom of a very active little boy (4), however, before his first birthday I fell ill with Covid-19 and never truly recovered. Now I live my fatigued life in bed with long Covid, M.E./C.F.S., and fibromyalgia. It is difficult to find meaning in life sometimes since everything I was doing before had to be stopped and everything I knew before became impossible dreams. What I wanted to do with my life is no longer important because every energy my body has must go into surviving each day. I had no idea how my body uses so much energy just by being alive. I'm not talking about exercising, working, running errands, or cooking. Often times my body struggles from the lack of oxygen when I am eating, talking, sitting up, showering, definitely using the bathroom, and even thinking.
