A vulnerability alert is only useful when it helps you decide what to do next. Plugin name alone is not enough. You need the installed version. You need affected versions. You need severity. You need to know whether a fix exists. Otherwise, every alert becomes another manual research task. Scanfully’s Vulnerability Monitoring adds that context to the WordPress sites you manage. So teams can triage security issues with less guesswork. Read more about Vulnerability Monitoring here: https://lnkd.in/dTvR_CEV Start there if vulnerability checks still feel disconnected from your actual sites.

  • Most WordPress teams already know what they should check. Uptime. Performance. SSL. DNS. Email. Broken links. Plugin vulnerabilities. The problem is not awareness. The problem is that those checks often live in different tools, different inboxes, and different routines. Scanfully brings those signals together, so WordPress reliability becomes easier to see and easier to explain. That helps teams respond with more context and less guessing. • We're excited to ship our next monitoring service: DNS Monitoring. No more guessing what changed. Scanfully now tracks DNS records across multiple resolvers, detects DNS drift, checks propagation, watches CAA and DNSSEC, and connects DNS changes to email authentication health. That means you can see when records change, what was added, what was removed, and whether it affects your WordPress site, SSL setup, or email delivery. Also included in Scanfully 1.10: - Better CDN-aware uptime monitoring - Per-site uptime settings - Email authentication checks for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT - Clearer notification categories - Improved plugin vulnerability views - Better performance graphs with spike annotations DNS issues can be quiet until they are not. Now Scanfully keeps an eye on them for you!

  • Introducing: Email Deliverability Monitoring for WordPress! Your site can call wp_mail(). Your SMTP plugin can accept the email. WordPress can show no errors. And the email still may not reach the inbox. Scanfully now tests the full path from your WordPress site to an actual inbox, including transport validation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blocklist checks. Because “sent” is not the same as “delivered.” https://lnkd.in/d66r5ERh

  • We just shipped Scanfully 1.7, and the biggest improvement in this release is shareable public reports for broken links and broken media scans. That sounds small on the surface, but it fixes a very real workflow problem for agencies, freelancers, and maintenance teams. Until now, Scanfully was great at helping you find issues inside your dashboard. But when it was time to show those issues to a client, you still had to explain them manually, send screenshots, or copy findings into email. Now you can generate a public report link and send it straight to the client. They do not need a Scanfully account. They do not need dashboard access. They just open the report and see what is broken. That makes Scanfully more useful as a client communication tool, not just a monitoring tool. We also shipped several supporting improvements in 1.7, including date format and timezone preferences, activity log date range filtering, per-site custom request headers for protected environments, wildcard ignore patterns, plain text email bodies, and automatic initial scans for newly added websites. https://lnkd.in/dV6cBN-b

  • We’ve released Scanfully 1.3.1, a maintenance update that builds directly on the work we did in 1.3.0. Version 1.3.0 focused on one thing: making Broken Links Monitoring and Broken Media Monitoring easier to act on. From a report, you can now go straight to the edit screen of the affected post, exactly where you need to fix the issue. Version 1.3.1 is about refinement and accuracy. We improved how Scanfully detects your site’s public URL, which matters on setups where WordPress does not live at the visitor-facing domain. We also improved SSL detection for sites running behind reverse proxies, CDNs, or load balancers, reducing false warnings and confusing Site Health data. No flashy features, but fewer edge cases, better data, and more trust in what Scanfully reports. If you’re running Scanfully, this is a good update to apply.

  • Most WordPress sites don’t break. They slowly drift and rot sets in. An image disappears after a cleanup. An embed stops loading. A script fails quietly after an update. Nothing crashes. The site stays online. But the experience degrades, and users feel it. Today we’re introducing Broken Media monitoring in Scanfully. https://lnkd.in/eCmAD4dW Broken Media checks the assets that make pages feel complete and stable: images, scripts, stylesheets, videos, audio, embeds, iframes, and more. When those fail, browsers wait, layouts shift, interactions break, and performance metrics suffer. This feature strengthens the core of what Scanfully is built to solve. Broken Links shows where navigation fails. Broken Media shows when page building blocks fail. The hosted WordPress Activity Log shows what changed and when. Together, they turn silent decay into clear, actionable signals. Healthy WordPress sites aren’t just online. They behave predictably. They stay under control. Broken Media monitoring is available now in your Scanfully dashboard: https://app.scanfully.com

We just released the first feature in our new Content Health module: Broken Links. We already have uptime, we already have performance. But we did not have Content Health yet. But we do now! Because sites don’t just fail loudly. They decay quietly. Broken links are a perfect example of that decay. Pages get removed. External sites disappear. URLs change. Nothing breaks visibly, but visitors and search engines hit dead ends. Most tools give you a CSV and call it solved. We scan from the outside, like a real visitor would, and show you exactly which page contains the broken link, what failed, and why. Broken Links is just the start. The next Content Health feature already in development is Broken Media, focused on images, PDFs, and embeds that silently stop working over time. Content Health is about trust. Trust that what you published still works. Broken Links is live. Broken Media is next and more: https://lnkd.in/ePzzbPJs
