What Makes You Different?

Most companies solve one problem. We help people understand how all the problems are connected. Health affects energy. Energy affects leadership. Leadership affects family. Family affects finances. Finances affect freedom. Instead of treating symptoms, we help people identify root causes. Our goal is to help people become healthier, stronger, more aligned, and more prepared for the future.

Where Should I Start?

Most people start in the wrong place. They think they need better health insurance, better fitness, more money, more marketing, or more business growth. Often those are symptoms. The best place to start is the Smith Ecosystem Root Cause Quiz. In less than three minutes you'll discover the biggest bottleneck holding you back and receive a recommended next step.

What Is Smith Fit Club?

Smith Fit Club is a 12-Month Health Reset designed to help people improve their health one habit at a time. Most programs ask people to change everything at once. We don't. Each month focuses on a single area of health such as hydration, sleep, nutrition, mobility, strength, recovery, hormones, or longevity. The goal is not a 30-day transformation. The goal is building a healthier life through consistent stewardship. Small changes. Massive results.

Can You Really Help People Find $0 Deductible Health Plans?

Sometimes, yes. Many people assume health insurance always means a large deductible before benefits begin. That's not always true. Depending on your health, location, age, and situation, there may be plans available with little or no deductible for everyday healthcare needs. The bigger question isn't whether a plan has a deductible. The question is whether your current coverage matches how you actually use healthcare. Many healthy individuals and families never reach their deductible, making it worth exploring alternative strategies. Want to see what options may be available? → Complete the Health Savings Finder.

What Is The Base Layer Health Insurance Strategy?

Most people try to force one health plan to do everything. The Base Layer Strategy takes a different approach. The first layer is designed for everyday healthcare needs such as: • Doctor Visits • Urgent Care • Telehealth • Preventative Care • Routine Medical Expenses Some healthy individuals use plans with predictable costs and low or $0 deductibles for these needs. Additional layers can then be added for larger risks and long-term protection. The goal isn't buying more insurance. The goal is building a smarter strategy. → See if you qualify through the Health Savings Finder.

How Do I Know If I Qualify For Healthy Person Health Insurance?

Many plans designed for healthy individuals require basic health qualification. Generally speaking, you may qualify if you have not experienced major health events, significant surgeries, cancer diagnoses, ongoing specialty drug treatments, or certain high-risk conditions within the past several years. Every carrier has different guidelines. The fastest way to find out is completing a short qualification review. Many people are surprised to learn they have options they didn't know existed. → Start with the Health Savings Finder.

I Never Reach My Deductible. Am I Paying For The Wrong Plan?

Maybe. This is one of the most common situations we see. If you're healthy, active, rarely visit the doctor, and almost never reach your deductible, your current health plan may not align with how you actually use healthcare. That doesn't automatically mean you should switch. It does mean it's worth reviewing your options. Many families discover they are paying for benefits they rarely use while overlooking strategies that may fit their lifestyle better. The goal is not cheaper insurance. The goal is better stewardship. → Request a free Health Savings Finder review.
