Close Proximity Theatre

Close Proximity is a theatrical initiative born out of the desire to create new and interesting works. We believe in upholding a safe and trusting work enviroment while creating work that matters. As Augusto Boal the writer of Theatre of the Opressed once said, "Theatre is a rehearsal for the revolution" and we at Close Proximity feel it is our responsibility to present works that fight against injustices and uphold the simple fact that all human beings deserve freedom, safety, and the right to exist.
