Concept Grading Flagship has a great selection of Pokémon products, with both sealed and unsealed stock available. The store is well laid out, making it easy to browse, and there's plenty of variety. Prices were a little on the higher side compared to some other stores I visited. They also had a lot of ETBs on display, which looked fantastic. I asked about purchasing a couple that were displayed near the checkout and was told those particular ones weren't for sale, which is completely understandable. There were other ETBs available to purchase around the store, but a small sign letting customers know the ones near the counter are display items would help avoid any confusion. This was the second card store I visited during my trip, and I found the staff a little less welcoming than at some of the other stores I visited. That said, the store itself is clean, well presented, and has a great range of products. It's still worth stopping by if you're looking to browse or add something to your collection.

Had the opportunity to do an onsite grading submission for my Manga Sanji at Kyo Card Show EXPO and the experience was excellent overall. The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. We appreciated their grading submission system, which provided timely updates on the card's whereabouts throughout the journey, including when it was in transit between Singapore and the USA, vice versa. The process was seamless, from submission to collection, and even payment for grading fees and any upcharges was conveniently managed through their system. The shop is also in a very convenient location, right in front of a bus stop, with ample parking available for both riders and drivers. They carry a wide range of products across Disney, Sports cards and TCGs such as Pokémon and One Piece. There is a strong selection of singles and sealed products, and the environment is clean, cozy, and even comes with restroom facilities for customers. One thing to note is that prices tend to be on the higher side, so it's worth doing some research beforehand. My only real criticism was the collection process. Despite there not being many customers waiting for pickups, had to wait over 45 minutes to collect my graded card. This may have been due to staffing constraints at the time. Overall, a professional and reliable shop with a strong product range and an excellent grading submission system. With some improvement to collection wait times, the experience would be even better.
