This Review is not towards the actual lounge I absolutely love this place. It is for the service in the hookah lounge upon getting my hookah. The young lady who was working The hookah lounge was not even there When I tried to order my hookah I had to go back up there a few times because I didn’t know where she was. when I finally caught up with her She never gave me any eye contact, she just stayed into her phone and never looked up. Never asked me what I needed or anything. I paid for my hookah and I had to tell her what flavor I wanted, she dramatically told me and I said I was gonna bring it to you With a bad attitude, I was extremely upset and I’m not gonna lie. I went off. I tried speaking with the owner, and she automatically took up for the young lady. denied my service and tried to get me kicked out of the lounge. This is ridiculous. I work in customer service and I go far above and beyond. I wasn’t asking her to go far above and beyond, but what you’re not gonna do is disrespect me and she was very disrespectful but what stood out was that her Supervisor didn’t care. She just automatically took up for the young lady didn’t care about how I felt. If you go to this place, just stick with the drinks because the service at the hookah bar is a hot mess. They also tried to get me kicked out of the club, but the security guard I really didn’t feel that was a need.

It's a cool vibe. A wide aged range but more 30+. The DJ is awesome, drinks are great. They move pretty quick at the bar as well. Parking is a challenge but just pay, it's worth it.

What use to be the friendly neighborhood bar is now turned into the overhyped and will soon die out due to the rude illegal parking company hustling parking fees or the threat of towing your car., insults before I go into the bar because the man collecting the $ doesn't appreciate you questions about the name of their company while is charging me parking fees. that has no logos , not parking signs at the entry of the lot. As a legitimate parking business would have. Then when you dress to have a good night feeling your best to be insulted by I clearly illegal business is bad business on behalf of swagger that USE to be your friendly neighborhood bar. It’s Sunday funday in Houston tx and I just paid $55 for 2 drinks and parking. I will go drink elsewhere and spend $15 a drink before I am ever insulted from parking and 2 drinks. Bottom lime $5-20 to park and $15 drinks! I’m over it!
