Really appreciate the great customer service from already amazing company.

I’d like to take this opportunity to give your support team a huge round of applause—I’m really impressed.

You poor people. You're one of a precious few open source projects that's responsive, courteous and helpful to your users, and you still have to deal with this nonsense. Nevertheless, your dedication and professionalism is appreciated and makes me far better about giving you my money :-)

Yes , you are the best company ever seen, thank you so much for your attention!

I couldn't live happily without Nitrokey... (customer from USA)

It's not very common these days to see this level of support, especially in a tech world where everything sometimes feels more like marketing than real engineering. Seriously, you're one of the few proving that proper tech and real support still exist. You've got one more fan here.

Your products are truly top-notch—please let your boss know (he/she is great!),

You are one of the few rays of hope when it comes to real security. Keep up the good work, we need you! ❤️

NitroKey is an amazing company with a just and noble mission! Thank you guys for your great products, nitro meet server, and all around hard work!

Thanks again! You guys have surpassed my expectations regarding excellent customer service.
