Built for real websites.

Run web browser automation in hosted Chromium with stealth fingerprints and configurable proxy egress. Work with rendered pages and interactive interfaces when a simple HTTP request is not enough.

Keep your place.

Reuse persistent profiles so your authorized logins and browser state are ready for the next run. Keep recurring website automation connected to the account and context it needs.

Meet persistent profiles

Watch it happen.

Follow your agent in a live viewer as it moves through a website. Review session recordings to understand a failed click, an unexpected redirect, or a workflow that stopped before finishing.

DEVELOPER FIRST

Your stack.
Our browser.

Connect Playwright, Puppeteer, browser-use, or your own agent over the Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP). Your scripts and agent tools send browser commands to a remote Chromium session through its WebSocket endpoint. Keep task planning, model selection, and application logic in your own stack.

import { chromium } from 'playwright';

// Use the CDP URL from your Remote Browser session.
const browser = await chromium.connectOverCDP(
  process.env.REMOTE_BROWSER_CDP_URL!
);

const context = browser.contexts()[0];
const page = await context.newPage();
await page.goto('https://example.com');
console.log(await page.title());
One endpoint. Your existing stack.

FROM TASK TO BROWSER

One connection.
A real web workflow.

Move browser execution to the cloud, whether you are writing a repeatable script or building an AI agent for browser automation.

  1. 01 / CREATE

    Start a cloud browser.

    Create a session in the console or through the browser API. Choose a saved profile when your workflow needs an existing login, then copy the session’s CDP endpoint.

  2. 02 / CONNECT

    Bring your automation tools.

    Attach Playwright, Puppeteer, or a compatible agent runtime to the endpoint. Your code can navigate pages, interact with elements, and read the browser’s rendered content.

  3. 03 / OBSERVE

    Follow the work.

    Open the live viewer to inspect the active session. Use recordings to review the run and a persistent profile to carry browser state into your next workflow.

A REAL BROWSER, AS AN API

What is Remote Browser?

Remote Browser is a hosted Chromium runtime for AI agents and browser automation. Create an isolated cloud browser session, receive a CDP WebSocket URL, and connect with Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, browser-use, or your agent runtime. Persistent profiles, live viewing, recordings, and proxy-ready egress keep your browser infrastructure in one place.

BEFORE YOU CONNECT

Browser automation.
A few useful answers.

Does Remote Browser include an AI browser agent?

Remote Browser provides the cloud browser infrastructure. You bring the agent, model, or automation script that decides what to do. Connect an existing runtime such as browser-use, or give your coding agent browser access through the Remote Browser skill.

Can I use it for headless browser automation?

Yes. Connect your automation tools to hosted Chromium over CDP instead of launching a local browser. A live viewer lets you inspect the session while your script runs. See the browser automation API for the session workflow.

How does browser automation differ from web scraping?

Web scraping collects information from pages. Browser automation can also interact with a website: navigate between screens, fill forms, use an authorized login, or check an application’s behavior. A cloud browser can support both workflows by rendering the page and exposing it to your tools. Explore web scraping and automated testing use cases.

Can my browser agent reuse a login?

Use a persistent profile to retain browser state between sessions after signing in to your account. Your agent can reconnect with that profile for recurring work; websites may still require reauthentication when a login expires. Read the persistent profiles guide for setup.
