Parent Support Consultation – Study in Poland Safely

1 hr€99

Parents’ Consultation: Admission, Visa & Safe Arrival in Poland

This consultation is designed for parents whose son or daughter is planning to study in Poland and who want to understand the admission process, visa requirements, safe arrival, and first steps after coming to Poland.

During the consultation, we explain what parents should know at each stage: how to support the student during university admission, what documents may be needed, how the visa procedure usually works, what to prepare before the embassy appointment, and how to help the student arrive in Poland safely and with confidence.

We also discuss practical matters such as accommodation, travel planning, communication with the university, documents required after arrival, insurance, first days in Poland, and what parents should realistically expect during the transition.

This consultation is especially important if the student will arrive in Poland before turning 18. In such cases, additional documents may be required by the university, embassy, border authorities, or other institutions.

If the student is under 18, it is strongly recommended to check the requirements early, because missing documents may delay admission, visa processing, travel, or university registration.

The goal of this consultation is to give parents a clear, practical plan and help them feel secure that their child is properly prepared for studying and living in Poland.

About

You will get the best recommendation about the university choices, your student visa application preparation, and information on how to receive your temporary residence card in Poland.
