RAZA Merch Order Form
Hola! We are excited to offer our 'Serape H' sweaters and 'Hecho en Harvard' Box T-Shirts. 

Orders can be picked up on campus or delivered for an additional cost (around $15 depending on location). 

Each sweater is $45 
Each t-shirt is $30

Please fill this form out with for each item you want to purchase (if only 1, then only fill it out once. If 2 then fill it out twice, etc), but only send 1 payment to harvardraza@gmail.com on Zelle. Make sure to include your name and number of items in the Zelle note.
