Organizer for KW's anti-2SLGTBQIA+ protests on Sept. 20 and the planned action on Oct. 21, has come out with a statement claiming "that we are not a group driven by hate". This claim has been made by several far-right figures locally in the last few days

This is an excellent question for a WRDSB Trustee. The Board's Human Rights policy makes clear in section 5.10 that in cases of competing human rights "the WRDSB will follow the Ontario Human Rights Commission's organizational process for addressing competing human rights".
