The windows themselves turned out incredible, i'm extremely satisfied with the workmanship. Everything looks clean and solid, and you can tell the install was done properly. No issues, no headaches. I usually don’t write reviews, but after my experience with Winart, I felt they truly deserved one. Finding a trustworthy windows and doors company can be difficult, so I hope this review helps others in their search.
I first met Sam (the owner) three years ago when he installed my neighbour’s windows. I was impressed with the team’s efficiency, professionalism, and quality of work. I asked Sam a few general questions at the time, and he answered them thoughtfully without any pressure or sales tactics. That experience, along with seeing my neighbour’s windows still looking brand new today, made my decision easy when it came time to complete my own project.
Winart installed 8 windows, a front door, 2 patio doors, and a garage door/opener for my home. The pricing was fair and competitive, but what truly separated them from others was the level of trust and comfort I had throughout the process. Sam clearly takes pride in his work, and that care carries over to his team. Bayram, Cahit, and Joseph were all professional, respectful, and attentive to detail. Any touch-ups or adjustments I requested during the installation were handled professionally and without hesitation.
Any company can look good when things go perfectly, but how Sam handled a major issue is why I’m writing this review. The exterior silicone caulking on the windows initially looked terrible. When I showed Sam, his immediate response was, “This is unacceptable.” It turned out the silicone came from a defective batch that dried unevenly, leaving significant lumps, something the manufacturer later admitted responsibility for. Even though the installation itself was complete, Sam did not pressure me for final payment because he believed the job was not finished until I was fully satisfied. A few days later, the team returned, removed all of the defective silicone, and completely redid the work.
That level of accountability and customer service is rare today.
The final product looks amazing, and I am confident these windows and doors will last for many years. More importantly, I know that if I ever need anything in the future, Sam and his team will be there.
If you are looking for quality windows and doors at competitive prices, along with honest service and workmanship you can trust, give Winart a call and I’m sure you’ll understand why I felt compelled to leave this review.”
