Curious what you'll walk away with at Built to Scale? Here's some of what we'll be covering at our Construction Technology Forum: - How AI is already being used inside AEC companies, and how to set simple rules so your team can use it without putting bids, financials, or employee data at risk - What it takes to build a leadership team that keeps the business moving when you're not in every decision - What construction leaders across the Sacramento region are facing right now, and how other firms are handling it - How a heavy civil firm decides which technology is worth adopting, and how to keep systems secure as the company grows It's free, includes a barbecue lunch, and wraps with time to connect with peers working through the same questions. Want to come and learn with us? It will be on Thursday, October 22 at SRBX in Sacramento. Register via the link in the comments!

We make technology work better for you. Let us eliminate your struggles!
About us
Since 1997, FUSE3 has been the go-to technology partner for Northern California small and medium-sized businesses that want to stay secure, run better, and grow. We offer managed IT, co-managed IT, vCISO services, and business enablement support, and after nearly three decades in this market, we've built our entire model around what we kept hearing from businesses before they found us. Most of them had an IT company that never really learned how they operated. When clients start working with FUSE3, that changes in a specific way. Every client gets a dedicated account manager and a pod, a small internal team made up of senior leadership, mid-level managers, and technicians who are assigned to your account and stay there. You have direct access to all of them. They know your history, your setup, and how your business actually runs, which is why response times improve and issues get resolved without the back-and-forth that wastes everyone's time. For a lot of our clients, it's the first time technology has felt like something working for them rather than something they're managing around. If you're ready for a partnership that transforms your company, contact us today to get started.

A big thank you to SRBX and CIEF for partnering with us on Built to Scale, our Construction Technology Forum on October 22. SRBX is opening its doors in Sacramento to host the day, and their support has helped us build a program around what construction leaders in our region are working through right now. Their Executive Director, Kevin Pellegrino, will join Tracy L. R. Rogers and Michael Greco on our afternoon panel, Modernizing and Scaling Construction Companies. The session ends with open Q&A, so bring the questions youve been sitting on. The forum is free and includes lunch. Register here: https://lnkd.in/g-x8quUb

If you work in construction, especially on the leadership, project management, or operations side, there is something I want to invite you to. Every year my team hosts an event to give our knowledge back to the community. This year we decided to not just share our own expertise but to bring together experts from across the greater Sacramento area. On October 22nd we are hosting a free event, and instead of focusing on cybersecurity, we are focusing on the question we keep hearing. How can I use technology to scale my firm? Owners and operators alike are becoming more aware that AI and other technology are essential parts of how they need to plan for growth. With our teams expertise and the group of experts we are bringing together, we will have someone to answer your questions from every angle of modern growth. Want to join us? Make sure to RSVP here: https://lnkd.in/g3cQszBr

Our team members had the honor of supporting Hope Cooperative at their annual Stand-Up Sacramento event on Friday. Seeing how they support our local community is always impressive. And as a long-term partner, we are proud to see their growth and impact.

You're invited to our 4th annual Construction Technology Forum! This year we're bringing together construction and technology experts from across the greater Sacramento area, alongside our own team. The forum is a free day for Northern California construction leaders, with keynotes, breakout sessions and hands-on workshops. The sessions cover the problems we hear about most from leaders in the AEC community: - Putting AI to work across your teams while keeping control of your data. - Closing the gap between leadership and the field and building strength in your teams. - Setting up your technology to support the growth you're planning. The day is built specifically for management and leadership, so you'll head into your 2027 planning with a clear next step for your technology. 📍 SRBX, 5370 Elvas Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95819 🗓 Thursday, October 22, 2026 🎟 Free, lunch included Seats are limited. At the Women in Construction Conference my team went to a few weeks ago I learned about NAWIC Sacramento. And last night my co-worker and I got to check them out! Thanks Lisa Fernandez 🩵 It was so great getting to meet the women behind so many of the amazing AEC companies locally. And so many of the big construction projects we all know about too. Outside of just meeting people, learning more about how companies are using technology, and where “roadblocks” commonly occur was helpful. With such a focus on construction it’s so important to understand the industry deeply!

When we work with clients on optimizing their tools' capabilities, here's what we keep finding. Papers get passed around the office, or sent back and forth over email, when the tools they already have come with a built-in approval system. It's one of many ways technology can speed up your operations. Need help evaluating how efficient your operations are? Connect with our team today.
