Mindbody vs Junocal for a Pilates studio: which plan lets clients choose a reformer? Mindbody lists Client Pick-a-Spot under Accelerate. Junocal lists optional room, seat, mat or equipment selection under Starter. Compare the plans that include the feature you need. Mindbody’s advertised starting price is not an Accelerate quote; ask for the matching plan and current terms. Then test your setup: can a client choose a station, what happens when it is taken, and does the layout match your room? This is one feature, not an overall ranking. Mindbody’s marketplace may also matter if discovery is part of your acquisition strategy. This comparison is from Junocal, not an independent review. The station graphic is an illustration, not product UI. Sources checked 28 September 2026: https://lnkd.in/eUFymP-G https://lnkd.in/eTYf7mH3 Explore Junocal: https://lnkd.in/e4Xuugzh

Moving booking software? A ten-class pack with seven visits used should not become a new ten-pack. Keep the original export showing the client, pack, remaining visits, expiry and eligible services. In this example, the balance to reconcile is three visits. After import: compare the totals, resolve skipped rows and spot-check clients against the export. Before reopening bookings, check that the correct pack can pay for the intended class or appointment. One important distinction for a move to Junocal: imported membership access does not mean recurring billing has moved. Payment methods, future charges and cancellation of the previous subscription need a separate, agreed transition plan. Save this before changing your studio booking system. Start teaching without taking on a studio lease. If you want to run a six-week Pilates course, send a venue something specific to consider. Here is a message you can adapt: “Hi [name], I’m a Pilates instructor looking for space for a six-week beginner course. Would your room be available on Tuesdays, 6–7pm, plus 15 minutes either side for setup and clearing? I’d bring the mats and manage the bookings. Could you share the hire fee, capacity and any requirements for instructors? Happy to visit and check whether the space is a good fit.” Agree the arrangements before taking bookings. Junocal lets you put your course dates and venue details on a booking page. Swipe for the copyable pitch. Explore Junocal: https://lnkd.in/ez5s-bdX
